AI: The Somnium Files (AI：ソムニウム ファイル) es un juego de aventuras y misterio creado por Spike Chunsoft (los de Danganronpa), y lanzado globalmente en Septiembre de 2019 para PC, PS4 y Switch. Tiene lugar en Tokyo y sigue al detective Date Kaname, quien investiga homicidios seriales e ingresa a las memorias de los sospechosos para extraer información que ayude a resolverlos. El juego estuvo dirigido y escrito por Uchikoshi Kotaro, y contó con diseño de personajes de Kozaki Yuusuke.

Tiene duración Media, es decir, entre 10 y 30 horas aproximadamente.
Detalle: este juego fue calificado como +17, o sea, no apto para niños.

·PlotOne rainy night in November, a woman’s body is found at an abandoned theme park, mounted on a merry-go-round horse. She had been stabbed repeatedly, and her left eye was gouged out.
Kaname Date of the Metropolitan Police Department arrives on the scene. He recognizes the woman. Suddenly, he hears a noise from inside the merry-go-round.
He breaks into the merry-go-round’s central column to find a young girl. And in her hands, she grips a bloody ice pick...

 

AI: The Somnium Files takes place in a technologically advanced Tokyo in the near future, and follows Kaname Date and his top-secret team within the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, known as the Advanced Brain Investigation Squad (ABIS). ABIS is responsible for investigating crimes through the process of Psyncing, exploring the subconcious dreams of persons of interest via a machine connecting the two together in a dream state known as Somnium. ABIS agents doing such are known as Psyncers, and act as observers in subjects' dreams who are able to retrieve secrets and clues the subject may be hiding or may not be aware of. To ensure psyncers are not subject to adverse effects, their time in a subject's somnium is limited to a maximum of six minutes. Also featured in the universe is the topic of advanced Artificial Intelligence, based around a global cloud-based system known as the Wadjet System that acts as the core of AI.

·AI: The Somnium Files Los archivos que van a descargar son 3 partes de 2,19gb y 1 de 2,12gb, que al descomprimir con Winrar, obtendrán la ISO del juego, el release de Codex. Monten la ISO, y ejecuten setup.exe. Elejan directorio, activen la opción "Copy contents of CODEX directory to installdir", y denle a Install y Exit al finalizar. Para jugar ejecuten Launcher.exe o el acceso directo en el escritorio.Importante! En Windows 7 el juego se cuelga en la cinemática de inicio de la partida. Aparentemente los videos del juego están encodeados con un bitrate demasiado alto para que pueda reproducirlos Windows 7. Hasta ahora no hubo respuesta o solución oficial de parte de los desarrolladores.En función de eso, el usuario Squish G. de Steam ofreció su propia solución: se tomó la molestia de reencodear los videos del juego y subirlos a GoogleDrive. Descarguen el fix, descompriman, tomen la carpeta movie y péguenla en el directorio AITheSomniumFiles/AI_TheSomniumFiles_Data/StreamingAssets/AssetBundles/StandaloneWindows64/, reemplazando cuando lo pida, uniendo de esa forma la carpeta movie original con la del fix.
